Term life, guaranteed universal life, and final expense insurance. Let’s find a thoughtful way to protect the people and plans that matter to you.
YOUR LIFE. YOUR PRIORITIES.
Coverage for today. A plan for tomorrow.
Maybe you want to help your family keep their home, replace income, or cover final expenses. Or you want a death benefit designed to last beyond your working years. The purpose of your coverage helps guide the type of policy you choose.
Stephanie Harvey helps you compare life insurance options based on your needs, budget, and eligibility. With 12 years of experience and access to multiple insurers, she can explain the differences without making the decision feel overwhelming.
PROTECTION FOR A SET PERIOD
Term life insurance
Coverage for a defined number of years. Often considered for income replacement, a mortgage, or the years when children depend on you.
Term life may fit a need that has an end date, such as replacing income while children grow up. GUL may be worth exploring when you want a death benefit to continue into later life and can maintain the required payments.
Final expense coverage addresses a different question: how much help would you like to leave for funeral costs and other smaller obligations? A larger policy may already cover those needs.
CHOICE WITH PERSPECTIVE
Financial strength belongs in the conversation.
We offer life insurance options from insurers rated A (Excellent) or higher by AM Best. Stephanie can help you consider the issuing company’s financial strength alongside the policy’s costs, guarantees, and fit for your needs.
AM Best ratings express an opinion about an insurer’s financial strength and ability to meet its obligations. They are not ratings of individual policies, recommendations to buy, or guarantees that a claim will be paid. Ratings can change.
Ask for the current rating of the specific insurer issuing the policy you are considering.
Final expense insurance is typically a smaller whole life policy. Beneficiaries generally decide how to use the proceeds; it is not the same as a prepaid funeral arrangement.
Coverage amounts, premiums, and eligibility vary. Some policies reduce the benefit for certain deaths during an initial period. Review when the full benefit is available and what happens if payments stop.
LIFE INSURANCE QUESTIONS
Make an informed next step.
01How much life insurance do I need?+
Start with the expenses or income you want to help replace, how long that need may last, and the coverage and savings you already have. Your budget matters too. Stephanie can help you organize those questions before comparing policy amounts.
02Is guaranteed universal life guaranteed acceptance?+
No. In GUL, the guarantee refers to keeping coverage in force under specified conditions. It does not mean everyone qualifies. Health information, an exam, or other underwriting may be required.
03Can seniors apply for term life or GUL?+
Options depend on age, health, the coverage amount, and each insurer’s rules. Available terms and guarantee periods may be more limited at older ages. Compare the actual options for your situation rather than assuming approval.
04Will I need a medical exam?+
It depends on the insurer, product, coverage amount, and your application. Some applications can be evaluated without an exam, but no exam does not necessarily mean no health questions or guaranteed acceptance.
05Can we discuss life insurance in my home?+
Yes. Stephanie offers in-home appointments throughout Southern California. She is also licensed in Nevada and Arizona; contact her to discuss services and appointment options in those states.
